Crumb-fried Chicken Wings and Drumsticks

Fried chicken is always my favourite food and also the dish I really love to cook at home ^_^. When family members gather, I often make a large plate of fried chicken and it is finished in the blink of an eye.
For fried chicken, wings and drumsticks are the most delicious parts. The crust is crispy and crumbly together with the tender and sweet meat. Perfect to be served with tomato and chili dipping sauce! ^_^ (contributed by Heina Phuong)
