Deep fried chicken served with kachumbari


  1. 1 kg chicken
  2. to taste salt
  3. 11/2 cooking oil


  1. Boil the chicken for about 5 minutes and add salt to taste
  2. Heat the oil till it heats well
  3. Add pieces of chicken depending with the size of saucepan
  4. Cook for 3 minutes then turn the other side
  5. Let it cook for 3 minutes
  6. Remove from the heat and put in a dry place
  7. Let the oil to heat again and repeat the procedure
  8. Serve while hot
