Delicious Dory Fillets with Creamy Mashed Potato and Garlic and Herb Turkish Bread.



  1. 2 Dory Fillets
  2. 250 grams frozen potato mash
  3. 1/2 your choice of turkish bread
  4. 1 dash dijion mustard


  1. preheat oven to 200°C
  2. when oven has heated put Dory fillets onto not stick oven tray
  3. place tray into oven
  4. put timer on for 14 minutes
  5. while fish is cooking place potato into microwave safe bowl
  6. place bowl into microwave dont turn on yet
  7. when fish is halfway cooked turn microwave onto high for 5 minutes
  8. turn fish then start preparing your Turkish bread
  9. put Turkish bread into oven for the remaining 6 minutes on the timer
  10. when potato is done take out of microwave and stir with fork making sure potato is fully cooked
  11. turn everything off and start plating your food
  12. top with your choice of sauce and serve
