Dumpling Noodle Soup



  1. 1 liter stock of your choice
  2. 8 dumpling /wanton skin
  3. 2 tbsp spring onion
  4. omelette
  5. 3 eggs
  6. 1 dash salt and pepper
  7. dumpling filling
  8. 1 dice carrot
  9. 2 dice celery
  10. 1 cup shreded cooked leftover chicken optional
  11. 1 tsp shao xing wine
  12. 1 dice onion
  13. 1 tbsp fish sauce
  15. 4 combs of soy noodle


  1. Change Blend or chopped coarsely dumpling filling then fill up 1tbsp unto the duming /wanton skin using a dumpling mold or by hand then fasten all corner with wet finger tip
  2. Change make dumpling and set aside
  3. Change in pan with 1 tbsp of oil fry omelette then break it up the omelette into big pieces
  4. Change add spring onion and stock then bring it to a boil
  5. Change Add soy noodle and dumpling then lower down to a simmer for 3 minutes (so that the dumpling will not break up )then add seasoning and off heat and serve
