Easy Beef Stroganoff

  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2. 1 pint baby portabella mushrooms
  3. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  4. 1 envelope onion soup mix
  5. 6 oz medium egg noodles
  6. 1 cup heavy cream
  7. ground black pepper
  1. Cook pasta drain set aside Saute beef drain return to pan add mushrooms heavy cream soup mix can of soup simmer for 10 minutes
  2. Add pasta finish with black pepper and all done
