Egg martabak


ingredient to make martabak skin
> 250 gram wheat flour
> 100 gram starch
> 300 lm Water
> salt to taste

ingredient to make martabak stuffing
> 250 gram mince chicken or beef meat
> 25 gram curry seasoning
> 1 onion (chopped)
> 1 clove garlic (chopped)
> salt, pepper, and sugar to taste

> Chopped green onion
> 4 beaten eggs or more
> oil for frying

Make martabak skin:
> To make batter for martabak skin mix wheat flour, starch and a little salt into a bowl, then add water little by little   until become batter and mix well.
> heat the teflon, pour the batter into the teflon sufficiently, so that batter cooked well, repeat method until the batter runs out.

Make martabak stuffing:
> Add oil to fry-pan and heat it, add onion and garlic to fry-pan then stir-fry onion and garlic until withered.
> Add meat and curry seasoning, then stir-fry again until meat cooked well, add salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
>turn off the heat, and let the stuffing rather cold.

Make egg martabak:
> add martabak stuffing, chopped green onion, and beaten egg into the bowl then stir until mixed well
> Take one of martabak skin, place on the cutting board.
> Add mixed stuffing just now into martabak skin.
> roll up martabak skin and then fry until golden yellow.
> Egg Martabak ready to be served
