Fried chicken and rice with vegetables – Chinese cuisine influence

Looooove love love this recipe! So easy to make and fast, but tastes like real Chinese food that i really like and it s also very hearty

Ingredients

  1. 1 chicken breast
  2. 200 g rice
  3. 1 carrot
  4. 100 g peas
  5. 100 g corn
  6. 100 g cauliflower
  7. 2 spoons olive oil
  8. Curry
  9. Salt
  10. Pepper
  11. 1 onion
  12. 1 egg
  13. Pinch ginger

Method

  1. Cut the onion and put it in a pan with a spoon of olive oil and saute it for 2-3 mins Add the chicken that you have cut into small pieces and mix for 5 mins take off the fire
  2. In a pot boil the rice for 10 mins and add the carrot peas corn (peas and corn was refrigerated thats why i boil them) Wash the rice and vegetables with water add a spoon of olive oil into the pan and put these again in the pot with the cauliflower also and mix put salt amp pepper
  3. Scramble one egg and put the chicken with the onion inside and mix then put all of this into the pot with the rice and mix Add some curry and ginger and its ready to eat Enjoy
