Grilled Cheese with Tomato and Omelet


  1. 2 medium
  2. 1 medium tomato
  3. 1/2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  4. 1/4 cup water
  5. 6 slice bread
  6. 3 each Sottilette (squared cheese)
  7. 60 grams parmessan cheese
  8. 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  9. 1 medium egg


  1. Preheat the pan then add onions Put water to eat until tender Add tomatoes and balsamic vinegar
  2. Setting aside prepare the sandwich Put each bread a slice of the squared cheese and parmesan
  3. Preheat the pan Add the olive oil in a medium heat Put the bread until golden brown
  4. Do it in both sides
  5. When ready put the bread in a plate Add the tomato and onion sauce and an egg on top
