Ham and Cheese Omelet with Toast and Fruit

Ingredients

  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1/2 tbsp butter
  3. 1 oz sliced ham
  4. 1 oz cheese
  5. 1 salt and pepper
  6. 1 tbsp peanut butter
  7. 2 slice bread
  8. 1 clementine

Method

  1. Mix 2 eggs in a bowl
  2. Melt butter in a pan over low-medium heat
  3. Pour eggs into pan when butter is melted
  4. Tear ham slice(s) into small bits and add them to eggs
  5. Add salt and pepper to eggs to taste
  6. Sprinkle cheese onto eggs
  7. When there is little to no liquid egg left fold omelet in half
  8. Start toast in toaster
  9. After 2 minutes flip omelet
  10. After 2 minutes remove omelet from heat
  11. Spread peanut butter on toast
