Hamu katsu – ham cutlet


  1. 3 slices ham (1/2cm – thick)
  2. Pepper to your taste
  3. 1 Tbs flour
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1 Tbs water
  6. 1 cup bread crumbs
  7. 300 ml frying oil
  8. 100 g cabbage shredded
  9. 1/2 tomato cut into 1/4
  10. Worcestershire sauce if desired


  1. Pepper on both sides of ham

  5. Let the oil drip off cut into half and serve with cabbage and tomato Flavor with worcestershire sauce if desired
