Healthy bread cokes


  1. 350 g whole grain flour (3cups)
  2. 80 ml oil (1/3 cups)
  3. 170 ml water (a little bit less than 3/4)
  4. 1 tablespoon yeast
  5. 1 package stevia for topping (you can also use sugar)
  6. 1 tablespoon salt


  1. Pour the four in a bowl then the yeast
  2. Combine a bit and pour the water then the oil and then salt
  3. Combine and form a ball of dough
  4. Sprinkle some flour on the table and knead for 7-8 minutes
  5. Make a ball and place in a bowl with oil Let it sit for 1 hour
  6. After the hour had passed sprinkle once again the table and knead the ball then cut into five pieces
  7. Extend each of the pieces with the roller and make them look like the one in the photo up there make not deep holes with your fingers pour a little bit more of oil on top and sprinkle stevia or sugar and let sit once again for 10 minutes
  8. Bake Let it cool
  9. Serve and Buon appetite
