Hot Fried Chicken with Veggies

Ingredients

  1. Hot oil dip ———-
  2. 1 tablespoon ground cayenne pepper
  3. 1/4 cup ground paprika
  4. 1/4 cup pickle juice
  5. 1 tablespoon sugar
  6. 1/3 cup extra Virgin olive oil
  7. Chicken———
  8. 2-1/2 pound chicken thighs
  9. breading 1————–
  10. 1-1/2 cup all purpose flour
  11. batter 2———
  12. 2 large eggs
  13. 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  14. 1/4 cup water
  15. 1/4 cup hot sauce
  16. 2 cup all purpose flour
  17. 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  18. 1 teaspoon celery salt
  19. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  20. 1 teaspoon ground onion powder
  21. 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  22. 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  23. 1 teaspoon ground sage
  24. 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  25. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  26. garnish ——–
  27. as needed pickle slices
  28. as needed oil to fry chicken
  29. Vegetables ————-
  30. 1/2 pound mixed vegetables
  31. sauce for vegetables ————
  32. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  33. 1 tablespoon heaping prepared Horseradish

Method

  1. Change Heat oil mix the hot oil ingredients and set aside
  2. Change Flour the chicken with the breading ingredients
  3. Let sit 5 minutes
  4. Change Mix the batter ingredients
  5. Change Dip the breaded chicken into the batter and fry till done move to a bowl with a lid
  6. Add hot oil mixture after stirring it making sure the oil is mixed up and not separated
  7. Change Add pickle on top and serve
  8. Change Mix the mayonnaise and Horseradish
  9. Change Coat the mixed vegetables and fry
  10. Change Move to a paper towel to absorb excessive oils
