Italian Breaded Pork Chops

The taste of these are great! Really love the crust the parmesan makes!


  1. 4 pork chops
  2. 1/4 cup Italian- seasoned bread crumbs
  3. 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
  4. 1 tsp vegetable oil
  5. 1 egg beaten


  1. combine crumbs and cheese in shallow bowl dip chops in egg and coat with crumb mixture
  2. heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat add chops reduce heat to medium and cook for 8-10 minutes turning once until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 160°F
