Very Easy Snack to make on #Ramadan

Ingredients

  1. 2 boiled potatoes
  2. to taste Salt
  3. 2 brown bread slices crumbs
  4. 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  5. Green coriander leaves chopped finely
  6. Oil for deep frying

Method

  1. Grate the potatoes
  2. Change Add all the ingredients together
  3. Change Make small balls and press lightly to flatten and roll in toasted bread crumbs
  4. Change Deep fry till golden brown
  5. Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves
  6. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup
