Joy's Amazing Spinach – Artichoke Dip

This is so good. Always requested by friends and family.


  1. 10 oz box frozen spinach thawed
  2. 12 oz Artichoke hearts drained and roughly chopped
  3. 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  4. 3/4 cup sour cream
  5. 1 cup grated cheddar
  6. 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  7. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  8. 1 pita chips tortilla chips or sliced french bread


  1. Heat oven to 400°F
  2. Squeeze the thawed spinach between paper towels to remove excess moisture
  3. In a medium bowl combine the spinach artichokes cream cheese sour cream and cheddar
  4. Season with the salt and pepper
  5. Scrape the mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish Bake until lightly golden and heated through About 15 minutes
  6. Serve with the chips and or bread
