Kitchen cabinet beef vegetable soup

Very warm and filling! Easy, and a good way to use up leftover ingredients! Just change it up and use what you have on hand!

Ingredients

  1. 8 cup water
  2. 2 tbsp mushroom soup base ( such as Better than Bullion brand)
  3. 1/4 cup onion
  4. 1 celery chopped
  5. 1 carrot chopped
  6. 1 can lima beans
  7. 1 can veg-al or frozen mixed vegetables
  8. 2 can diced tomatoes
  9. 1 pepper
  10. 5 dash salt
  11. 1 italian seasonings
  12. 8 dash green tobasco sauce
  13. 1/2 box macaroni noodles
  14. 1 can corn
  15. 2 bay leaves

Method

  1. Heat water to boiling Add mushroom base
  2. Brown ground beef drain
  3. Add onion and celery to ground beef and stir til semi- translucent
  4. Add all vegetables ground beef mirepaux and macaroni noodles to boiling broth
  5. Simmer for 20-30 minutes stirring occasionally and adding water if necessary
