Very warm and filling! Easy, and a good way to use up leftover ingredients! Just change it up and use what you have on hand!
Ingredients
- 8 cup water
- 2 tbsp mushroom soup base ( such as Better than Bullion brand)
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1 celery chopped
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1 can lima beans
- 1 can veg-al or frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 can diced tomatoes
- 1 pepper
- 5 dash salt
- 1 italian seasonings
- 8 dash green tobasco sauce
- 1/2 box macaroni noodles
- 1 can corn
- 2 bay leaves
Method
- Heat water to boiling Add mushroom base
- Brown ground beef drain
- Add onion and celery to ground beef and stir til semi- translucent
- Add all vegetables ground beef mirepaux and macaroni noodles to boiling broth
- Simmer for 20-30 minutes stirring occasionally and adding water if necessary
