  7. 1 1/2 lb ground meat

  11. 1 pinch Syria pepper
  12. 1 lemon squeezed
  13. 2 onion chopped
  14. 1 cup natural yogurt


  1. Dough: Mix yeast warm water and sugar Let rise for five minutes
  2. Change Add the vegetable oil salt and the flour cup by cup mixing all the time until forming a homogenous dough
  3. Stuffing: Grind the tomatoes

  6. Grease cake tin and put the balls side by side let some space like 3 fingers between each one

  8. Change then with your hands put some stuffing un the middle of the dough A little bit more then one spoon
  9. Change bake at 390 °F until the sfihas are golden
