LG BASIC CHICKEN STOCK /SOUP (ASIAN STYLE )

MY VERSION SIMPLE AND EASY
AS STOCK / SOUP LOVING IT

Ingredients

  1. 1 kg chicken
  2. 6 thumbs size ginger
  3. 10 clove whole garlic
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1 1/2 liter water

Method

  1. quick blanch chicken then drain
  2. Change put all ingredient into preasure cooker on high for 30 minute
  3. add seasoning simmer for another 1 minute
  4. FOR STOCKING
  5. Change drain stock then put in airtight container used up within 2 days
