LG's CHICKEN DUMPLING SOUP

MY VERSION SMOOTH AND TASTY DUMPING IN CHICKEN SOUP QUICK MEAL

Ingredients

  1. DUMPLING DOUGH
  2. 2 cup flour
  3. 1 cup water
  4. dash salt
  5. LG CHICKEN SOUP(WINTER SOUP)
  6. 1 cup chicken soup or any stock
  7. garnish
  8. 1 bunch grated carrot

Method

  1. FOR THE LG CHICKEN SOUP (WINTER SOUP ) PLEASE VIEW THE ATTACHMENT BELOW OR YOU CAN USE ANY STOCK Chicken Soup With Essence Of Chicken
  2. DUMPLING DOUGH
  3. Add enough water slowly onto the flour and salt then mix till its soft dough and knead till its soft and slighly sticky the cover with damed cloth and let the dough rest for half hour
  4. Bring the chicken stock to a boil then simmer down then with wet finger press and flatten the dumpling dough and drop it into the boiling pot of stock
  5. Add vegetable and let it simmer for another 2 minures then off heat top with garnish
