Lotus Root And Peanut Soup

MY VERSION MOST COMMON SOUP FOR HOT SUMMER DAY LOVING IT

Ingredients

  1. 6 cup cut lotus root
  2. 800 grams pork rib or chicken
  3. 2 cup peanut
  4. 1 1/2 liter water
  5. 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. Remove skin from lotus the chop into medium bite size
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil then Quick blanch pork rib or chicken then drain and set aside
  3. Change Put all ingredients into pressure cooker on high for 30 to 35 minute
  4. Season with salt then simmer for another 3 minute
