Low-Carb Beef Stew

No potatoes, but I promise you won t be able to tell! ๐Ÿ˜‰

  1. 10 sticks celery
  2. 30 baby carrots or equivalent
  3. 3 bunches radishes
  4. 1 yellow onion chopped
  5. 1 tsp garlic
  6. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  7. 1 6 lbs stew meat (1 case)
  8. 30 oz beef broth (3 Campbells cans)
  9. 1 tsp salt
  10. 1 tsp pepper
  11. Frozen corn – optional
  12. Frozen green beans – optional
  13. Frozen peas – optional
  1. If possible marinate meat with salt and Worcestershire sauce (additional to recipe requirements) – optional
  2. Change Clean and chop all vegetables and put in slow cooker bowl Slice celery half baby carrots and quarter radishes Add small cuts of beef
  3. Change Stir all ingredients in slow cooker (making sure that all ingredients are mixed and vegetables/meat are below the broth) and cook on high for 8 hours (or low for 10 hours)
  4. 30 minutes before eating stir in frozen corn and green beans (and peas) -optional
