Mike's Negative Calorie Vegetable Beef Soup

Negative Calorie, is a subjective term that carries with it many connotations. So, check with your Doctor or Nutritionist for any clarification. Feed generously on these negative calories regularly throughout the day. Two large hot bowls or, four smaller ones. Your decision. Keep in mind, eating hot soups help you to feed slower. That s works out great for your blood sugar levels. Along with that, eat two to three low carb snacks [see ideas in #5 below] and one larger, healthy meal before 8 PM.   4. 1 large Chopped Green Bell Pepper
  5. 1 large Chopped Red Bell Pepper
  6. 4 cup Chopped Cabbage
  7. 4 cup Thick Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
  8. 6 large Chopped Fresh Carrots
  9. 10 large Chopped Celery Stalks with leaves
  10. 1 small Finely Chopped Head Of Garlic
  11. 2 cup Fresh Chopped Broccoli
  12. 6 cup Fresh Chopped Or 1 Packed Cup Frozen Spinach
  13. 1 small Chopped Bunch Cilantro
  14. 1 small Bunch Parsley
  15. 1 can Asparagus drained
  16. 2 can 10 oz Rotel Tomatoes With Green Chili #39 s not drained
  17. 2 can Green Beans drained
  18. 2 can Diced Tomatoes With Basil not drained
  19. 1 cup Canned Artichokes drained
  20. 1/2 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
  21. 20 Twists Cracked Black Pepper or top taste
  22. 1 tbsp Dried Basil
  23. 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  24. 2 small Can Chopped Green Chili #39 s not drained
  25. Protein you can use just about any meat or seafood as much as you #39 d like in fact it #39 s encouraged
  26. 1 lb 80/20 Or Leaner Ground Beef drain if needed
  27. Kitchen Equipment Needed
  28. 1 Extra Large Cooking Pot
  1. Fill pot 1/2 way up with Chicken Beef or Vegetable Stock Chop all vegetables add all canned goods drain those that should be and place in a very large pot Add all spices and stir Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer
  2. Fry your Extra Lean Hamburger and drain if necessary Place in soup pot This meat ingredient is optional but hamburger is solid protein almost zero carbohydrates and it really wont increase your calories by much Youll also need the energy this important protein provides you
  3. Simmer for an hour or until veggies are somewhat softened Add additional broth as the soup boils down
