Mike's Spicy Seafood Salad

An excellent addition to any Summertime BBQ or picnic!

  1. ● For The Seafoods all fully chilled amp rough chopped
  2. 1 Pound Pre-Steamed Lobster
  3. 1 Pound Pre-Steamed Shrimp
  4. 1 Pound Pre-Steamed Scallops
  5. 2 Pounds Pre-Steamed Immatation Crab Meat don #39 t use real crab
  6. ● For The Fruits amp Vegetables all chilled amp rough chopped
  7. 2 LG EX Firm Beefeater Tomatoes de-seeded
  8. 1 LG Cucumber de-seeded
  9. 1 EX LG Vidalia Onion
  10. 1 LG Red Onion
  11. Juice Of 1 Lime
  12. Juice Of 1/2 Orange
  13. 1/2 Cup Green Onions
  14. 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper de-seeded
  15. 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper de-seeded
  16. 1 Medium Orange Bell Pepper de-seeded
  17. 1 Medium Yellow Bell Pepper de-seeded
  18. 3 LG Celery Stalks
  19. 1 Bunch Quartered Radishes
  20. 7 Cloves Minced Garlic
  21. 1 Bunch Fresh Cilantro
  22. 1/4 Bunch Fresh Parsley
  23. 2 EX LG Jalapeño Peppers de-seeded
  24. 2 LG Habenero Peppers de-seeded
  25. ● For The Seasonings
  26. 1 tsp Crushed Mexican Oregano
  27. 1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  28. 1 tbsp Crushed Saffron
  29. to taste Tabasco Sauce
  30. ● For The Fluids
  31. as needed Chilled Clamato Juice i used 4 cups
  1. Change Rough chop vegetables and mix everything together Chill for 6 hours if not longer Stir occasionally
  2. Change Serve with additional Tabasco crackers tortilla chips and/or French bread Enjoy!
