  1. 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp of baking powder
  2. 1 salt ( a palm full
  3. 1 noodles-optinal(cook as directed on package
  4. 2 tbsp oil
  5. 2 medium eggs
  6. 1 pot of boiling water for extra dumplings
  7. 1 cup 4-6 of flour
  8. 1 cup 3-4 hot water


  1. mix all ingredients together except waterbe sure mix is well blendedadd hot water a small amount at a time until flour turns to doughnot to thick or too runnythe dough must co-agulate to form nice dumplings in the pot
  2. drop in soup by tsp and wait till they float to the top of pot of soup
  3. have an extra pot of boiling water because dumpings may be excessive and Will over-flow your soup
