Mushroom Omelet


  1. 6 medium Mushrooms
  2. 1/2 cup Egg Whites
  3. 1 1/2 oz cheddar cheese
  4. 2 slice Whole – Grain Bread
  5. 2 tbsp Jam
  6. 8 oz Orange Juice


  1. Slice mushrooms
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet lightly coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat
  3. Add mushrooms slices and sauté until hot
  4. Add egg white whites and cook until eh is almost set stirring constantly
  5. Sprinkle with cheese and remove from heat continuing to stir until cheese is melted
  6. Toast bread and spread with jam
  7. serve Omelet and toast with orange juice
