My italian bread crumbs

A favorite when combined with chicken, pork or added to meat ball mix


  1. 1 loaf dried bread example a french stick any bread will work
  2. 5 clove fresh garlic
  3. 1/2 cup fresh parsley leafs chopped
  4. 1/2 tsp oregano
  5. 1 salt and pepper to taste
  6. 1 tsp onion powder or half a small onion (optional)
  7. 1/2 cup pecorriono cheese


  1. add to food processor and turn on blend until almost at the desired texture is reached
  2. Add and blend again after blend taste them they should smell and taste like you want to eat them Warning fresh garlic has a bite to it
  3. After you have reached the desired texture add parsley and stir and they are ready ( if you blend the parsley the bread crumbs will be green)
  4. Only use what you need and freeze the rest
