Ingredients
- 1 lb italian hot sauage
- 1 medium onion
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 4-5 potatoes red perfered but i usially use whatever in my pantr
- 32 ozChicken stock
- 1 bunch Spinach or kale
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- Salt amp pepper
Method
- First add and brown itailan sausage
- Change Then add onion
- Change Then potaotoes let simmer for 5 minutes with lid on
- Change Then add chicken stock bring to a boil then turn down heat simmer for 10 minutes or till potatoes are soft
- Change Then add ur spinach
- Change Then cream and enjoy
- Serve with garlic bread and parmesan chesse
