Olive garden soup


  1. 1 lb italian hot sauage
  2. 1 medium onion
  3. 3-4 cloves garlic
  4. 4-5 potatoes red perfered but i usially use whatever in my pantr
  5. 32 ozChicken stock
  6. 1 bunch Spinach or kale
  7. 1 cup Heavy cream
  8. Salt amp pepper


  1. First add and brown itailan sausage
  2. Change Then add onion
  3. Change Then potaotoes let simmer for 5 minutes with lid on
  4. Change Then add chicken stock bring to a boil then turn down heat simmer for 10 minutes or till potatoes are soft
  5. Change Then add ur spinach
  6. Change Then cream and enjoy
  7. Serve with garlic bread and parmesan chesse
