Pad kee mowe or spicy whisky beef stir fry

The strong whisky smell will remain and spicy taste

  1. 200 grams of ground beef
  2. 4 mushroom slices
  3. 1/2 slice of onion
  4. 1/2 cup of slices together of sweet green and yellow peppers
  5. 1/2 slice of carrot
  6. 6 of baby corn slices
  7. 1 hand full of sweet basil
  8. 1 tbsp spoon of chopped garlic
  9. 2 tbsp spoon of chopped thai chillies
  10. 2 tbsp spoon of whisky
  11. 1 1/2 tbsp spoon of oyster sauce
  12. 2 tsp spoon of fish sauce
  13. 1 1/2 tsp spoon of sugar
  14. 1 tbsp spoon of pepper or if you have fresh pepper corn is the best
  15. 1 tbsp spoon of oil
  1. In the heating pan add oil till oil get very hot add garlic and ground beef fry till the meat is done
  2. Add onion green and yellow peppers and thai chillies carrot fry till vegetables cook
  3. Stir ib corn then add whisky oyster sauce sugar and fish sauce stir
  4. Add pepper and basil
  5. Make a quick stir fry and served hot
