Pan Seared Cajun Beef tips

  1. 8 oz Beef Tenderloin
  2. 3 oz Sliced Mushrooms
  3. 1 oz Cajun Seasoning
  4. 1 pinch Salt and Pepper
  5. 1 oz Worcestershire sauce
  6. 1 Garlic Butter
  7. 1 pinch Paprika
  8. 2 oz Gravy
  9. 1 pinch parsley
  1. Add Garlic Butter to pan Set medium heat
  2. Once butter is melted add beef tenderloin and mushrooms
  3. Add Cajun seasoning salt and pepper Worcestershire sauce paprika
  4. Once tips have reached desired tenderness (medium rare is on point👌) add gravy and stir until gravy is a light demi glace
  5. Add parsley for garnish
