Pap and beef liver

  1. 4 cups maize meal
  2. 200 grams beef liver
  3. to fry Vegetable oil
  4. to taste Salt
  5. to taste Pepper

  7. to taste Chilli powder
  8. 2 Onions chopped
  9. 1 Cabbage chopped
  10. 1 packet Beef stock soup
  11. 1 tablespoon butter
  1. Heat pan add vegetable oil and onions
  2. Season liver with salt pepper steak and chops spice and chilli powder
  3. Add liver to heated pan and fry liver until cooked and soft
  4. Remove cooked liver and place in bowl Mix the beef soup pack with half cup of cold water Pour into pan used after frying liver Cook til thick Add liver
  5. Boil water with a kettle Pour water with a pinch of salt in pot and cover Let the water boil for 10 mins
  6. Add the maize meal in boiling water and whisk/mix fast until all lumps are gone Cover the pot
  7. After 10 mins Add more maize for texture you prefer And stir the pap with a wooden spoon
  8. Cover pot with lid and let it cook for 20 minutes
  9. Rinse cabbage and chop it into small slices heat pot with vegetable oil and add onions
  10. Add cabbage and a spoon of butter and cover Steam cabbage until it turns brown Add salt for taste Ready to serve
