Potato Soup


  1. 3-4 potatos
  2. long green onions (4 stems)
  3. Salt
  4. 3-4 eggs
  5. shredded cheese (optional)
  6. 1 cup Milk
  7. ~1 5 cup of water


  1. Chop long green onions Chop potatoes (optional)
  2. Put long green onions amp potato in a big round pot
  3. Add water just enough to barely cover the potatos (a bit less better)
  4. Heat everything while stirring for 5-10 mins
  5. Add a cup of Milk Keep stirring
  6. Add salt to your liking
  7. Add eggs stir until eggs are clearly cooked
  8. Add shredded cheese (optional)
  9. Change By now potatoes should be soft Take a potato masher (see pic) and stir while squashing the potato down Stop once the potato is the size of your liking Since its soup I personally like very small pieces
  10. Take a spoon and taste it Make sure potato is done amp enough salt has been added Now youre done!! 🙂
