Pumpkin Pie Bread Pudding

I had some leftover pumpkin pureé from making pumpkin tarts. I was thinking about using it for pancakes but when I got up this morning I felt lazy and thought of something more easy to make. This could be a hearty, warm breakfast during the cold season. Enjoy!


  1. 1 egg
  2. 1/4 cup (60ml)milk
  3. 2 Tbsp pumpkin pureé
  4. pinch pumpkin pie spice
  5. pinch salt
  6. 1 slice bread
  7. 2 Tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
  8. pinch cinnamon


  1. Change Place egg milk pumpkin pureé pumpkin pie spice and salt in a mug or bowl Mix well
  2. Change Cut the bread into 1/2 inch dices and add to the egg mixture Mix well
  3. Change Microwave 1 min and sprinkle with apple sauce and cinnamon
  4. Change Serve hot 🙂
