Quick Easy Chicken Sandwhich

I like this as an easy healthy snack. You do not need to use the chicken patty from costco. Any chicken is fine.


  1. 1 Costco frozen Chicken Patties(recommended) but any chicken will do
  2. 1 sourdough bread
  3. 1 lettuce not shredded
  4. 1 mayonnaise
  5. 1 ketchup
  6. 1 salt/pepper *optional


  1. Microwave chicken patties 2 minutes then flip and do another two
  2. Toast the bread
  3. Tear lettuce
  4. Spread ketchup on one piece of bread and mayonnaise on the other
  5. Put them in order of bread with mayonnaise lettuce chicken bread with ketchup Or any way you want ­čśŤ
  6. Taste it add salt and or pepper if needed (I needed it)
