Rice flour amala and Ogbono soup with Japanese horenso

Its yummy delicious and easy to prepare


  1. 200 g rice flour
  2. 2 table spoon of grinded ogbono
  3. 1 cup palm oil
  4. 6 fresh okra
  5. 1 kg smoked fish
  6. 4 fresh pepper
  7. 1 teaspoon salt
  8. 3 maggi cube
  9. 3 table spoon grinned crayfish
  10. 6 horenso vegetables


  1. For the rice flour amala Put 70 cl of water in a pot and allow to boil
  2. Add 200 g of rice flour and stir for 5 minutes Allow to cook for 1 minute Stir for 1 minute Its ready to be serve
  3. For the ogbono soup wash and blend the pepper and onions
  4. Chop the fresh okra
  5. Put palm oil in a pot and allow to heat for 2 minutes then add blended pepper and onions
  6. Stir continuously for 5 minutes and add 70 cl of water
  7. Add maggi salt and crayfish and allow to boil for 3 minutes
  8. Add okra and horenso and stir
  9. Wash smoked fish and add
  10. Allow to boil for 5 minutes
  11. Food is ready Can be serve with the rice flour as shown in the picture
