Sesame beef and broccoli

So very yummy

  2. 3 3/4 pound beef I used chuck roast
  3. 4 pounds broccoli
  4. 10 ounce carrots cut into matchstick sized
  5. 1/4 cup raw sesame seeds
  6. 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  7. 1 large onion chopped
  8. 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  9. 2 tablespoons minced garlic heaping
  10. ◆◆◆◆◆ Marinade ◆◆◆◆◆◆
  11. 1 teaspoon salt
  12. 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
  13. 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  14. 1/4 cup Chinese black vinegar
  15. 1/4 cup Shaolxing wine
  16. 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  17. ◆◆◆◆◆ Thickener ◆◆◆◆◆
  18. 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder
  19. 1/4 cup water
  1. Slice meat into bite sized pieces put into a big zip lock bag
  2. Change Mix 1 tablespoons of salt with ginger and white pepper
  3. Change Mix the wine oil and vinegar
  4. Change Pour over the sliced beef squeeze the air out of bag and seal Let sit at least 30 minutes
  5. Change Heat a pan add beef marinade and start browning add onions and mix in well
  6. Change Add garlic stir in and cover this will make your liquid
  7. Change Cover and Stir fry till beef is done remove the beef and onion set aside Add sesame oil to beef and mix well
  8. Change To the juices add the broccoli and carrots mix together well Cook till broccoli amd carrots are done to your liking
  9. Change Toast the sesame seeds in a pan Use a dry pan and keep the seeds moving about carefully so seeds wont burn or over toast Just a bit brown and allowing natural oils to release from the seeds
  10. Add sesame seeds on top of stir fry right before serving Hope you enjoy!
