Sesame Bread Foul Salad Sandwitch

a healthy and filling vegetarian breakfast.


  1. 6 loaves sesame bread from the baker
  2. 250 grams cooked small bean foul
  3. 3 small tomatoes finely diced
  4. 2 medium sized red onions finely diced
  5. 2 lemons juiced
  6. 2 chilli peppers finely diced
  7. 1 TSP salt
  8. 1 TSP ground cumin
  9. 2 TBP tahina
  10. boiled white sheep #39 s cheese desalinated
  11. 1 few sprigs of parsley chopped
  12. green or black olives as a side dish
  13. Cucumber pickles as a side dish


  1. Mix in a bowl the following: small bean foul (homemade or canned) chopped tomatoes chopped onions and the chopped chilli pepper Mash together using mortar till homogeneous with coarse particles
  2. Add the spices lemon juice and the tahina Mix together again
  3. Spread 3 TBP of the salad mix into each loaf of bread Spread cheese on top Garnish with parsley
