- 1 plate Rice
- 1 Egg
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 Candle Nut
- 1 Cayenne
- 1 green onion
- sweet soya sauce
- 3 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- Minced garlic, candle nut, and cayenne.
- Cut green onion into dice.
- Heat oil , then sauté minced garlic, candle nut, and cayenne until fragrant
- Add beaten egg and green onion, stir until egg cooked, then Add rice, stir until mix well.
- Add sweet soya sauce, salt, and sugar to taste.
- Serve fried rice with cucumber and lettuce as topping
