Smoked Brisket "Spring Rolls"

Last time I was at the grocery store I found some egg roll skins and figured I d use them on something…

  1. Left over Smoked Brisket
  2. Shredded Cheese
  3. Egg Roll Skins
  4. Oil to cook the spring rolls
  1. Change Use the trimmed fat to moisten the egg roll skins as you prepare each one Set oil to heating while you roll
  2. Change In one corner add a Tsp of Brisket and cheese
  3. Change Roll and fold
  4. Change Cook until golden brown on each side Remove from oil and drain Serve with BBQ Sauce of your choice
