Somen Noodle Soup

MY VERSION MAKING DO WITH LEFTOVER BURGER LOVING IT

Ingredients

  1. BASE STOCK OR ANY STOCK
  2. 1/2 cup kikomon soup base sauce
  3. 4 cup water
  4. VEGAN TOPPING OPTION
  5. 4 small pieces of salad
  6. 2 small cherry tomatoes
  7. 1 tbsp spring onion / scallions
  8. 100 grams somen /misua noodle
  9. NON VEGAN ADDITIONAL ADD ON TOPPING
  10. 1 pls refer to my LG CHICKEN BURGER leftover or any

Method

  1. FOR THE LG CHICKEN BURGER PLEASE VIEW THE ATTACHMENT AS BELOW Chicken Burger With Carrot Tzatziki
  2. Change bring base stock to a boil then add somen simmer for 2 minute and serve
  3. Change OPTIONAL SERVE AS IT IS AS VEGAN SOMEN NOODLE SOUP
  4. OR SERVE SOMEN NOODLE SOUP TOP WITH CHICKEN BURGER AND TOMATO
