Souped-up Meatloaf

I always overload this meatloaf, so it never wants to hold together……but tastes great. Another one of those that you fix to your liking. I like a couple of slices of cheese and some mushrooms in mine. If you like, you can skip the 1/4 cup of ketchup in the last step and use a small can of tomato sauce.


  1. 2 eggs- beaten
  2. 1/2 cup ketchup
  3. 1/2 cup milk
  4. 1/4 cup sour cream
  5. 1 cup bread crumbs
  6. 1/4 cup chopped onions
  7. 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
  8. 1 tbsp prepared mustard
  9. 1 lb ground beef
  10. 1/4 cup ketchup


  1. Change Combine first 8 ingredients Add ground beef and mix well
  2. Change Shape mix into a loaf and put in a loaf pan If you dont have a loaf pan you can use any kind of pan that you have
  3. Change Bake in a 350°F oven for approximately 40 mins Remove and spread with the 1/4 cup ketchup (or tomato sauce) Bake another 15-20 mins or until internal temperature reaches 160°F
  4. Change Let stand 10 mins before serving
