Speedy Beef Stir-Fry

From my Facebook recipe page ChrisO s Kitchen Rules! .

  1. 400 grams Beef thinly sliced
  2. 1 large red capsicum sliced
  3. 1 large brown onion thin wedges
  4. 3 cup Shredded cabbage
  5. 200 grams Udon noodle
  6. 1/2 tsp Bi-carb soda
  7. 1 Sprinkle of chilli flakes
  8. 1 Sea salt amp cracked black pepper to taste
  9. 1 (MARINADE/SAUCE)
  10. 1 cup Soy sauce
  11. 2 tsp Minced garlic
  12. 3 tsp Minced ginger
  13. 1 tbsp Honey
  14. 1 tbsp Minced lemon grass
  15. 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  1. Sprinkle bi-carb over beef and mix well (to tenderise) Set aside for 10 minutes
  2. In another bowl get your marinade ready Rinse beef and throw into marinade
  3. Prepare veggies and set aside (onions separate to other veggies)Prepare veggies and set aside (onions separate to other veggies)
  4. When you are ready heat wok add a little oil and fry beef in batches until browned and set aside
  5. Clean wok and fry onions Set aside with beef
  6. Stir-fry remaining veggies until starting to soften
  7. Add remaining sauce noodles beef and onion and heat through Serve with a sprinkle of chilli flakes cracked salt and black pepper Yum!
