Spicy Beef & Noodle Ramen

  1. 220 grams roast beef (thinly cut)
  2. 2 cups asian style noodles
  3. 2 hard boiled eggs (sliced)
  4. 1 carrot thinly cut
  5. 4 green onions
  6. 4 heads Shanghai bok Choy
  7. 2 tablespoon chilli garlic sauce
  8. 900 mL chicken broth
  9. 3 tablespoons sriracha
  10. 1 teaspoon cilantro paste
  11. 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions
  2. Slice beef and green onions into strips
  3. Lightly sauté bok choy until just starting to soften (approximately 5 minutes on medium heat)
  4. Combine beef vegetables and noodles in a bowl and mix Top with sliced egg and chili garlic sauce
  5. Combine broth sriracha ginger and cilantro in a pot and bring to a boil over medium high heat Reduce and let simmer for 5 minutes
  6. Slowly pour broth over beef/vegetable/noodle mixture and serve
