Spicy Salsa Mac & Beef

This is another Campbell s Kitchen receipe.

  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2. 1 can beef broth
  3. 1 1/3 cups water
  4. 2 cups uncooked pasta ( I always use more than it says helps make more servings)
  5. 1 can corn drained
  6. 1 can Campbell #39 s Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
  7. 1 cup Pace Chunky Salsa (mild med or hot your choice) you can add more salsa to your liking
  8. Grated cheddar cheese
  9. Seasoning salt and pepper
  1. Cook beef in skillet
    Add seasoning while browning to your liking
    Drain fat
  2. Add broth and water
    Heat to a boil
  3. Add pasta and salsa Cook over medium heat until pasta is done Stiring often
  4. Add soup and cook until heated through
  5. Change Top with shredded cheese
