Spinach Corn Soup

Indonesia spinach corn soup style. Chinese too (probably). We usually serve it with rice

Ingredients

  1. 1 pack (10 oz) fresh spinach
  2. 1 corn
  3. 1 pinch salt
  4. 2 chopped onions
  5. 4 cup water (500 ml approximately)
  6. 1 pinch buillon powder (optional)

Method

  1. Clean the spinach cut into 1 inch long pieces Or use spinach salad leaves
  2. Peel the corn
  3. Boil water add chopped onions salt buillon bowder and peeled corn taste test if you still need salt you can add it then stir and add spinach
  4. Serve it Best serve warm
