Stir Fry Beef in Black Pepper Sauce

If you want to be bold, you can add 1 tsp of Black Pepper to the marinade.

  1. 400 g Beef (cut into stir fry strips)
  2. Marinade
  3. 1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
  4. 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  5. 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
  6. 1 tsp Vinegar
  7. 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  8. 1 tsp Corn Starch
  9. Other Ingredients
  10. 1 pc Red Bell Pepper (cut into strips)
  11. 1 pc Green Bell Pepper (cut into strips)
  12. 50 g Yellow Onion (slice neatly)
  13. 30 g Garlic (minced)
  14. 30 g Ginger (minced)
  15. as needed Cooking Oil
  16. Black Pepper Sauce
  17. 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  18. 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  19. 3 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  20. 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
  21. 1 tsp Vinegar
  22. 2 tsp Sugar
  23. 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  1. MARINADE: Marinate the Beef for 30 minutes or longer
  2. BEEF: Heat 2 Tbsp of Cooking Oil in a wok on high heat Fry half (1/2) the Garlic and Ginger until fragrant (10 seconds) Add in the beef and cook it until brown all over Set aside
  3. VEGGIES: Heat another 2 Tbsp of Cooking Oil Fry the Onions and the remaining Ginger and Garlic until fragrant Add in the Bell Peppers and fry them until soft Then add in the Beef Turn down the heat to low
  4. SAUCE: Add in the Sauce and mix well If the Sauce is too dry add Water 1/4 cup at a time Then add in the Beef mix well and coat the dish evenly Serve with rice
