Stir Fry Bulgogi Beef /Pork/Lamb

EASY KOREAN FISH IN 15 MINUTES

  1. 6 fried egg
  2. 6 bowl of cooked rice
  3. 6 small beancurd puff option
  4. 4 medium onion
  5. 4 red chili pepeer
  6. 1 cup bulgogi sauce ready to used store bought
  7. DIY BULGOGI SAUCE
  8. 1 tbsp each honey soy sauce and rice wine
  9. 1 small grated pear and 1tbsp ginger and 1 clove or garlic
  10. THINLY SLICED MEAT OPTION
  11. 400 grams thinly sliced beef /pork/lamb
  1. FRIED EGGS SET ASIDE
  2. COOKED RICE SET ASIDE
  3. MARINATE MEAT
  4. Change FOR DIY BULGOGI SAUCE JUST MIX ALL INGREDIENT OR USED STORED BOUGHT READY TO USE BULGOGI SAUCE
  5. marinate thinly slice beef /pork/lamb for minimum 10 minutes with bulgogi sauce
  6. STIR FRY
  7. Change in pan with 2 tbsp of oil stir fry onion together with marinated sliced meat for 3 minute
  8. Change add beancurd puff and red chili pepper and stir fry for another 2 minute then off heat and serve
  9. Change SERVE STIR FRY BULGOGI PORK AS IT IS OR
  10. Change SERVING OPTION STIR FRY BULGOGI PORK AND FRIED EGG WITH WHITE RICE
