Stuffed Bread Pakora


  1. Bread slices 6 cut into quarters
  2. Refined oil 3 Cup (48 tbs) (For deep frying)
  3. Gram flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  4. Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  5. 1 Teaspoon Red chili powder
  6. To Taste Salt
  7. Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  8. 1 Boiled potato
  9. Peas 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  10. 1 Teaspoon Garam masala
  11. 1 Teaspoon Cumin powder
  12. 2 Tablespoon Refined oil


  1. N a bowl place potato and peas using a potato masher roughly mash
  2. In a wok heat oil add the potato and peas along with garam masala cumin powder and salt stir fry for 5 to 7 minutesfilling
  3. 3 On one of the bread slice quarter spread the prepared mixture cap with another slice Repeat to make all sandwiches
  4. 4 In a bowl add gram flour chili powder turmeric and salt pour in enough water to get a batter consistency mix well to make it lump free
  5. In another wok heat oil dip the sandwiches one at a time into the batter and gently slide into the wok fry until brown and crisp
  6. Serve with chutney or tomato sauce
