Sweet Parmesan Dipping Oil with Whole Wheat Bread

I have always been a fan of various dipping oils served at Italian restaurants so I wanted to create my own. This is a fast way to get some of your healthy fats in for the day. Olive oil: 120 calories/14 grams
Whole wheat bread: 100 calories/ grams
Parmesan cheese: 22 calories/5 grams
Balsamic vinegar: 14 calories/16 grams
Ground black pepper: 6 calories/2 grams
Italian seasoning: 0 calories/ 262 calories total


  1. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  2. 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  3. 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  4. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  5. 1 teaspoon pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and stir
  2. Serve with whole wheat bread and enjoy!
