Thai beef salad

  1. 200 grams Beef Preferably quick fry steak
  2. 4 tbsp Thai Seasoning
  3. 1/2 cup Cooking Oil
  4. 1 tsp finely chopped Garlic
  5. Salad
  6. 1 Rocket
  7. 1 Few leaves of fresh Coriander
  8. 1 Cherry Tomatoes
  9. 1 Red Onion sliced
  10. 1 Finely juliened Carrot
  11. 1 Crispy Noodles
  12. 1 can also add Capsicum and Mung Bean Sprouts My daughter wont eat them so have ommited them on this occasion
  1. Combine oil thai seasoning and garlic in a bowl Slice beef and coat well Refrigerate over night or for atleast 30 mins
  2. Mix together salad ingredients with your choice of dressing Preferably a vinegarette I use a mango and chilli dressing Portion on to plates
  3. Heat pan and fry beef until browned but not well donePlace on top of salad Garnish with extra coriander leaves or noodles Enjoy
