Thai Beef Satay

Beef stay need more aroma than chicken satay ,better to marinate overnight to make it more tender ,but grill immediately is awesome too ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. 200 grams beef
  2. 1/2 tbsp curry powder
  3. 100 ml coconut milk
  4. 1/2 tbsp each oyster sauce and soy sauce
  5. 2/3 tsp brown sugar
  6. 1/3 tsp ground black pepper
  7. 2 clove garlic
  8. 1 tsp coriander root
  9. 1/2 tsp each fine slice of galangal and lemongrass
  10. 8 bamboo skewers
  11. 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
  1. Change Cut beef to 1 inch pieces or bigger
  2. Change Make fine paste from garliccoriander rootsgalangallemongrasscoriander seeds
  3. Change Add seasoning ingredients soy sauceoyster saucesugarblack peppercoconut milkstir to mix
  4. Change Add beef mixmarinate overnight or use immediately stab four or five pieces to each bamboo skewers this time i only make for 2 as appetizer if you want to make more than this please double or triple the ingredients listed
  5. Change Set grill pan on medium high heat or charcoal add some oil then grill 2 mins on each sidepour marinate sauce over skewers one mins before done
  6. Change Serve hot with marinated cucumber and thai peanut sauce Thai Peanut Sauce Marinated Cucumber
